The last few weeks I been having these episodes. A almost constant ringing in my ears then ill get really dizzy and light headed. Everything starts to spin and the ringing get Louder. My vision starts to black out and I also cant hear. My arms and legs get this numbing sensation and my whole body starys to tingle. I have to grab something to stop myself from falling. The worst part is it doesn t happen then go away. Its constantly there with moments that are intensified. Some days are worse then others (cant figure out why) and it leaves me constantly unstable and and feeling faint. Not to mention embarrassed when im grabbing on to things at prevent myself from falling.
