What Causes Ringing/echoing In The Left Ear?

I have had a ringing/echoing in my left ear for about 2 1/2 weeks now. I can feel what feels like air bubbles popping in my ears. I have already been on a 10 day course of antibiotics and the only thing it helped was the level of pain go from a 10 to 0

Hello.
I think that the problems you are having are because of Eustachian tube .
You should take a nasal spray Butesonide 2x2spray and Zirtec 10mg , 1tb/ night for 7 days.
