Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Swelling on right side of jaw bone could be enlarged lymph node or enlarged gland. I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of the swelling. FNAC will sample the cells in the swelling for look for the nature of the swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
