What Causes Right Sided Lower Abdominal Pain Upon Coughing?
am a male of 38 years. am bit over weight. but i play cricket and tennis regularly. for the past 10 days or so, its paining at the lower right of my abdomen when am coughing and also when i perform certain actions. what could be the reason? no constipation, no pain while urination. all other activities are normal.

Pain in right side could be because of various causes like appendicitis, urinary tract infection, renal or uretric calculi, choleycistitis etc. I advise you to take antispasmodic. If your pain doesn't subside then get ultrasound done for proper diagnosis.
