What Causes Right-sided Genital Soreness After A Bilateral Orchiopexy?
I recently just had a bilateral orchiopexy done. About a week ago. I had a bit of a coughing fit a few days ago. And a sharp pain about a 7/10 . Now my right side is much more sore than my left. But before my surgery my left one was the one I had trouble with twisting. Not my right. Wondering if my I should be concerned about the pain or not.

Most probably it will be a post-operative pain due to minimal inflammation that can develop after a surgery.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a surgeon and get a doppler scan to assess the viability and to rule out the possibility of a torsion.
