General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to bloating. I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using Simethicone medications three times a day. I also suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
