Hi,

Are you a known case of hypertension? If the answer is YES then, monitor your blood pressure level every 8 hour. You also need a good analgesic to get relief from the pain.

The above said drugs require prescription, so please consult your physician.

If the answer is NO, then take adequate bed rest, do not expose yourself to bare Sunlight. And take Good Analgesic by Consulting your Physician. Don't Stress yourself much, take Sufficient care and rest you will be alright soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
