What Causes Right Chest Pain While Breathing Despite Having Asthma?

Cor the past week I have had pain under my right brest in my chest not in the Brest. There is discomfort all the time but pain when I take deep breaths My asthma sob has increased along with a productive cough. There is pain when I press on the area or attempt to lay in my stomach. No elevated temp. I am a 65 y/o female

Hi,

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have Suffering from chronic asthma. Chest pain and tightness saw in chronic asthma. I suggest continuing anti asthmatic medication. I also suggest using an anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. Avoid pollutants and stop the use of tobacco products.
