What Causes Right Abdominal Bloating And Pain?

This morning I thought my right ovary was hurting I took my temp it was 99.1 (I had a partial hysterectomy 2006) I took over counter ibuprofen a few hours later it moved to center around where bladder should be couldn t hardly straighten thinking it was kidney stones (previously had) I started drinking water to flush it had no problems urinating and no discoloration. My temp raised to 100.7 placed cold rag on head went Down then went back up now my belly abdomin feels bloated and hurts on both sides touchy all over worse on right side I haven t been constipated either not sure what s going on

It is probably a kidney stone, keep on drinking water and try to do an ultrasound image of the abdomen.
