What Causes Retrograde Ejaculation?

Hello! I have an issue. Several years ago I had a very good sex life. However over time everything faded. Meaning I could have sex and then cum. Today I have all the feelings my penis will get hard and then I will cum but nothing comes out. Not one drop of cum/ sperm. I do not understand what is going on and why it has been that way. About three months ago I was masturbating and I came sperm and all. It was the first time in a long time and that has been it. What s is going on with me?

Hi, I think it can be an ejaculation problem. Get yourself examined by a urologist properly. You may need some medicines for that or some psychological counselling aldosterone.
