General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Persistent slow movements of the fetus can be alarming as there can be cord around the neck or other abnormal conditions of the fetus.

You must get hospitalized to your OBGY for intensive observation and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
