What Causes Reduced Energy Levels And Exhaustion?

I am 65 year old female. Over the past 5 to 6 years I have seen my energy level drop to a point where I am now frequently unable to function normally. It takes everything I ve got to simply keep up with a basic personal hygiene routine. I get 8 to 9 hours of sleep daily, and although even eating each day is almost too exhausting to force I make every bite count with thoughtfulness of proteins, whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables. I have never smoked and there are no smokers in my environment. I will have a single small glass of wine ( 4 oz.) on a special occasion with the family . But the truth is that now I find it easier to isolate myself and ask the family to please understand. I just rather go to sleep. I know it is impacting the family and I feel guilty and negligent...missing so much of my adult children s and grandchildren s live s. I have never been diagnosed with any particular ailment and take no prescription drugs. I have tried the highest quality of OTC multi vitamin and mineral supplement with no recognizable improvement. Suggestions?

you might have entered menopause and having menopausal syndrome due to hormonal imbalance you face mental and physical problem . attime it gives lot of problem and you may require hormonal supplement. consult gynecologist for examination and advise for further investigation and treatment. needs your life style change adjustment. take regular morning walk and balance diet with anti oxidant. take omega 6 in fish like sardine and macaral.
