What Causes Reduced And Muffled Hearing In One Ear?
the other day i was driving back home while i answer a call from my friend i suddenly realized what my friend was telling me, it was vague to me. then i switch my phone to my left ear and i was able to hear clearly to my friend. from that day, i felt a bit blockage or numbness i don t know the proper word to express, can any one tell me what is the reason?

It seems that you might be having impacted ear wax in your right ear giving rise this problem.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Put some ear wax dissolving ear drops for few days and then remove wax with cotton buds.
