What Causes Redness In Left Eye And Bruise On Lower Left Of Pupil?

My left eye has been red for a few weeks nowbut it s just the left eye and only the lower outside quarter that is red...after the first week, it started to go away so I didn t go to the dr. but then after the second week it started coming back and this morning it is really red but it doesn t bother me...maybe, maybe a little bluriness but no discarge or irritation at all....I also noticed for the first time this morning that there is a small white/grey colored dot on the lower left part of my pupil but again it doesn t bother me it s just really red...thoughts?

since it has effected only one eye it can be foreign body in that eye. aspot on lower left of pupil it appears to be corneal ulcer blurring means there is haziness in due to corneal oedema.requeres examination by slit lamp to confirm diagnosis. can be uveitis an autoimmune disorder examine for presence of flare. treatment will be specific after diagnosis.
