What Causes Redness And Swelling Behind The Neck?

I have a bug bite on the right back side of my neck. It is red and swollen. When I woke up this morning the skin on the right side of my face is hyper sensitive (only superficially), as well as down the right side of my back and my right breast feels a sensitive and maybe slightly swollen... and my right eye lid is a wee bit heavy

Dear sir /madam based on your description I think you are having a immune reaction to bug bite,

I suggest taking some antihistamine and analgesic NSAID and wait for swelling to come down
