What Causes Redness And Burning Sensation On The Nose?

I have a red itchy burning sensation in the crease of my nose near the nostils. I did one of those strips where they are supposed to clear the black heads and when taken off had an immediate reaction for 3 days now and wont go away. tried everything aloe, ice, Neosporin. HELP!

As you stated the redness and itching is due to a reaction to the product applied to the face.

Because it is an inflammatory reaction, you would need to treat the inflammation for the symptoms to resolve.

Treatment would involve the use of an oral antihistamine and a steroid cream.
Oral antihistamines are over the counter medications, your options are benadryl, claritine, allergra , zyrtec, aerius

Hydrocortisone is a mild steroid cream that is available over the counter as well.

Neosporin is an anti bacterial cream and would be used if a bacterial infection is present but there is no indication for it at the moment though you can assess to see if that changes.
