What Causes Reddish Vaginal Blisters And Burning Sensation During Urination?
Not sure what is going on... A few red pimple like spots appeared on my outer lips, maybe 4... They hurt to touch and burn only when I pee. There is also a purplish/dark spot that appeared. I've had a foul odor lately and a lot of discharge. What could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to some infection and this can be best managed with medicine given below,
1) Tab Ofloxacin 400 mg twice in day for 3 days
2) Povidone Iodine ointment for local application
the lesion would be fine soon and this is nothing to worry, take care for good hygiene, have a nice day.
