Hello. I am 26, For about the last 9 years I have a light colored red-ish rings that appear in groups all over my body except my face. It usually start from a pimple like bump. The bumps go away and then the red circle appears. When trying to pop the pimple like bump it comes out like a pimple with white/clear stuff. They do not itch, they do not cause pain. There is on that is re-ocurring about every 6 months in my lower back that does itch non stop until it goes away in about 9 days. Now my husband has 1 on his leg. Before my husband had one 3 weeks ago he did some online research and told me to try head and shoulders on it since calamine lotion was not working. The doctors over the years almost always tell me its singles but its not. Using head and shoulders at night for about 1 week straight gets the red circles to go away but they come right back. I can't make it to the doctor for about 1 month due to financial issues and work. I am really concerned that this will spread on my husband like it has on me obviously. Please help me if you can. I am open for any suggestions and of course don't hold you responsible. Thanks A
