What Causes Reddish, Itchy And Circular Rash On Buttocks?

I have been driving a coal truck for a little over a year. The coal trucks are shared and are dirty. Since about a month after driveing i have this red, ichy, flaky. Circle rash that goes around both butt checks in a round circleish pattern. Its not in my but crack and it has small little bumps. It is only painful when I sweet. What could this be? Is there a OTC product I could get?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Itchy red, circular rash on buttocks after driving coal truck indicates possible allergic eruptions from the contact of dust particles of coal in the truck. Following measures will help you:
- Keep the body parts clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Local application of hydrocortisone cream
- Wearing loose, clean, cotton clothes
- Avoid tight jeans
- Control of blood sugar

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
