What Causes Reddish-brown Blisters On The Palms?

A every couple of weeks I get red palms and finger pads that develop small reddish brown blisters. These are extremely itchy and then peel sometimes effecting large areas of the Palm or pad. This then heals and the cycle repeats. I have been unable to correlate with soaps, lotions, detergents or other allergens. What could this be symptomatic?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It could be great if you could send a picture of the blisters on the palm. From what you are describing, the blisters seems like dyshidrotic eczema. Usually they tend to disappear on their own.

You can soak in cool water for 15 mins. Then apply skin barrier repair cream. Apply also aloe vera on the affected area.

Wish you fast recovery. Looking forward to seeing the photos in.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
