i Have red stinging spots..or tears i cant tell under my foreskin and they really sting and are red raw sometimes it causes itchyness ..also i have a very itchy anus and it stings sometimes and when i go to the toilet i see blood on the toilet paper sometimes it wakes me up its that itchy i have tryed washing it and washing my penus nothign works i am to nervous to go to my doctor :(
