What Causes Red Spots On Shins After Getting Sun Burn?
Hi, I was in 85 degree Fahrenheit weather from 11am-4pm four days ago and developed a second degree sunburn. My face is already pealing nicely, but my chest and legs are still in a lot of pain. Should I be concerned about a large number of red spots that have recently appeared on my shins? What are they? BTW I don t have freckles.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is burn would then it first needs to be taken care for infection and initially topical antibiotic can be used along with "Silver sulfadiazine cream" some time oral antibiotic may needed, care need to be taken for sepsis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
