What Causes Red Spots On Legs And Arms While Having Actinic Keratosis?

I was diagnosed with actinic keratosis today and the dermatologist removed the growth from my left hand.I am 77, blue eyes, fair skin and spent time in the sun from age 6 to 60.I have several brown/red spots on my hands, arms and legs.Should I have a thorough examination of these areas?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be dermatological condition and it needs to be clinically diagnosed and for that you needs to see the dermatologist, hope this information helps.
