What Causes Red Spots On Glans After Having Unprotected Anal Sex?

I got some red sports on my glans it s only like in one small spot. Its not itchy or irritate. I had unprotected anal intercourse 3 days ago and it barely started. Also some skin is coming off. I think it s skin. This happened to me before but it just went away. I want to know if it s related to std.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

One single red spot could be due to friction or irritation of foreskin penis. If red spot increasing with itchy skin than balanitis could be possible or else no need to worry about balanitis or STD. Kindly upload photo of lesion so that I can give detailed comment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
