What Causes Red Spots On Body With Sweating Around Neck?
I have been experiencing drenching sweating just around my neck during sleep for several months now. Nearly every night. Some nights more than others. What could be causing this? I have also noticed an increased number of tiny red spots on my body. Called pitikei maybe. Should I schedule an appointment before my regularly scheduled annual exam to discuss these things?

You might be having milliaria rubra which is also called prickly heat.Excess sweating predisposes to it.You must avoid excess heat and humidity. Take bath twice in a day with cold water.You must consult a dermatologist to confirm your diagnosis.
