What Causes Red Rashes On The Chest While Suffering From Sore Throat?

i have had a sore throat and nasal congestion for about 5 days. yesterday I developed a red bumpy rash- mainly on my upper chest and upper back. the whites of my eyes look slightly yellow. During this time I have been out in the sun and using sunscreen but not exactly on the areas with the rash .

if ur sore throat is because of viral infection,it may cause rash on body like measles,chicken pox,and also from neiserria meningococcal bacteria,also rarely haemophilus influenza can also cause rash..but it depend what type of rash it is and hw is it distribution..
