What Causes Red Rashes On Face?
My 4 year old daughter has broken out in what appears to be red scabs or bumps on her face, on her fingers she has puffy blisters. She has an appointment with her doctor this afternoon, they asked me if I had any idea what it was and I said no. Do you have any ideas?
