What Causes Red Rash Like Skin Over Heart?
I have a red rash-like layer of skin over my heart, and it's slightly tight just over my heart also feel like I should be shaking like crazy but appear normal. As well as a slight pinch, not rough but just around the bottom of my lungs with what feels like shortness of breath but again, feels normal.
