What Causes Red Pimple Like Spots On Penis Opening?

Hi,About two weeks ago I found that my penile meatus have two red pimple like spots at the sides of the part where urine comes out. both at each side of the urinal hole. recently one side actually went off remaining only one more on the another side. I m really worried it might be any sexual disease please advise

I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to say what it is without examination, so I would either suggest you to see physician for examination or at least upload the pictures of the same in the premium panel where we can look into it and provide you with specific advice.

Presently I think it might be due to friction or irritation as result of sexual act. Avoiding sexual activity for few days might help.
