before eating anything today on the bus ride this morning i noticed little red dots all over the bottom of my arms to my hands with no itchyness whatsoever. im not allergic to anything and feel fine. on the same not yesteray i felt a strange sharp tingle around my body that lasted a few seconds then went away, this happened a few time and had no specific area but happened at random places then quickly went away. i am 5'8 155 lbs and in good health. what could it be
