19 month old granddaughter has been running a low grade temp for about 10 days ....this time and when-ever she has a temp weather low grade or a temp she gets very red and inflamed welts not always limited to her diaper area or waste line , but on her extremities also sometimes a lot of them and other times just one very large . she has had blood work with no abnormalities ,except bun was slightly off , also she doesn t act sick and she has always drank ALOT of water she always has her sippy cup with her and it gets filled several times per day
