You are suffering from small red bump on the penis head, you also have 20 tiny red bumps on the front of penis head. You have history of having unprotected sex. Bumps on the head of the penis are fairly common. You should clean yourself with water, not just wipe and leave it after
masturbation or any other sexual activity.
It can be due to tyson glands that are tiny sebaceous glands that form on either side of the
frenulum, it is harmless. Sometimes, it can be pearly penile papules that form around the head of the penis or just under it. It is harmless. Removal is not recommended unless you’re experiencing severe concern or embarrassment over the appearance of the papules.
Treatment options include
cryosurgery or
laser therapy. Do take care of your hygiene. You should get clinically examine by an a
Urologist and get STD tests done as you have history of having unprotected sex. If report is found to be positive you will be treated with antivirals and antibiotics.
