What Causes Red Blotches On The Scrotum?
Our cats have recently has fleas and are being treated, I have several red blotches on my scrotum and a couple on my penis and a few on my body I m wondering if these could possibly be flea bites and what is the best way to treat them, currently using our childs nappy cream as its anti septic

After reading your post,I would advise that you should take an antihistamine like Levocetrizine 5 mg along with a steroid based skin cream for relief from your symptoms.
Also get yourself clinically examined by a Dermatologist for further planning of your medical management.
