What Causes Red Blotch Filled With Pus On Lower Right Leg?

Around three weeks ago.a red blotch appeared on my lower right leg, around the size of half dollar coin. in the middle of the blotch it resembled a ingrown hair bump but it wa pus instead. and the next week another one appear and now two more have appeared super red! and I haven t even scratched it. Please! help.

Hi. I think you are having multiple furuncles (boils). You should take a course of oral antibiotics like cephalexin. Hot compress would help you. Also, get blood sugar level checked as risk of bacterial infections rises with high blood sugar level. Hope it helps.
