What Causes Red And Swollen Gland On The Penis Head?
Ok so I have a red swollen gland on the head of my penis it is not an open sore like lump it s just swells up and does not go away for a couple days I have had scabies before and it did something very smiliar to this it does not itch or leak and fluids I am a firefighter and I was wondering could this be due to chaffing or sweating a lot

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due Fordyce spots. These are sebaceous prominences. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Occurrence of this will get stimulated if you have greasy and sweaty environment there. These are harmless. Taking more garlic and antioxidants will be helpful. You can also use aloe Vera gel for local application. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
