It could be a recurrent boil and it is due to improper hygiene, chemical irritation, skin infection.
Take following advises:
Apply ointment bacitracin
Tablet cefuroxime
Tablet ibuprufen
Avoid chemical soap and sweats
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation
Apply warm pad application
Do not pop up as it aggravate the infection.
Wear pure cotton loose inners
