What Causes Recurring Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

I am 18 weeks pregnant...I started bleed 4 days ago...it is bright red blood. I went the the A &E they just checked the Heart beat of the fetal and it was normal & they kept me under observation for 24 hours.they keep checking on my paids afterwards it reduced to slight brownish blood.but when I came back to home it started again with the same.i consulated to one of the family gynae doctor she recommend me to take trenaxa for 2 days.is it safe for my baby.one more thing I have subchrionic hematoma as well which was found in 11 weeks.it is 6.3*6.0 cm.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here medicine has got very little role or no role but of course you need to take complete bed rest and frequent ultrasonography is very too necessary, condition need to be taken seriously, better to be under close medical observation, take care and have a nice day.
