What Causes Recurring Stomach Pain, Headache And Tiredness?

Hello im experiencing bad stomach pains and have done so for the past 3 weeks, i feel awfully sick every morning when i wake up and have regular headachs. Ive found that after ive either eaten or drank somthing it causes the pain to arise! Im feeling extra tiered, and no energy. Do you have any idea what i am experiencing?

Morning sickness may have many reasons but common one is acid peptic disease. In another word, it is the dyspepsia, which is more common in female.

It may be due to hormonal changes which is common in menopausal syndrome. Yyou have not mentioned the age and gender, else something better could have been suggested.

In young age, it could be due to functional dysfunction.
