What Causes Recurring Soreness In Tendons With Swelling In Joints?
For the past few years I seem to have flare ups of tendon and joint pain with fatigue. The tendons become tender to the touch and the joints somewhat swollen. Sometimes its bilateral and sometimes not. I don t take any medications and prefer not to...wondering if this could be an autoimmune disorder

I really appreciate your concern, very limited history and information given here, first you have not given your age and gender here second what joint and which tendon are painful it is not being given here, still it could be arthritis changes and it can be manage with 'Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
