Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had Shingles (had the shot last year) and one month later I noticed red blotches on legs that later peeled and repeated the cycle for a month. I went to Dr. and they just said a form of Dermatitis, but that wasn,t enough for me. Could it be connected to Shingles? I m using Desonide 0.05
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
