Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your son have symptoms of recurring pus filled, pimple looking lumps on nose bridge which seems to be due to clogging of skin pores and accumulation of dead decaying bacteria. Well sometimes pimples get infected during picking with contaminated hands . I would suggest you to not to touch it again . Wash it properly , apply cold compresses and leave it open for sometimes . Do not use ant cream on it without prescription . I would suggest you to clean it with betadine , consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( clindamycin)along with vitamin C supplement for quick healing .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
