What Causes Recurring Ptosis Of The Left Eye?

I have ptosis of the left eye, after a long bought of iritis and taking Pred forte for about two months. The ptosis improved after a week of repeated pred forte eye drops, but came back when stopped. Sent to Neuro,, said most likely MG but ordered a brain scan. Also was put on oral prednisone that stopped the drooping of the eye. Not sure which to worry more about the brain tumor or MG?
