Heart palpitations 4 times a week, on and off. Then gas in chest with tightening feeling but then it goes away which only happened twice this week but not long after kind of shortness of breath but not too much and a little flutter in throat and like something is taking my breath. Please let me know if you think something is wrong with my heart that should be checked. I think it s lack of exercise since I ve gained 15 pounds over the years and excessive gas b/c I m lacrosse and tolerate and can t drink caffeine. Also, I m 22 years old and I m a hypercondriac. Please help and let me know what you think it may be.
