General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound abdomen to look for any intra abdominal causes. We have to rule out possible causes like renal stones.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
