What Causes Recurring Nausea And Dizziness?

I have nausea and vomiting and dizziness that has been reoccurring about every two to three months for the last two years. It lasts for about two to three days and I cannot do anything, but lay in bed and close my eyes or the symptoms are worse. what could be my problem?

recurrent nausea and vomitting may indicate dyselectrolytemia, peptic ulcer disease, gastric outlet obstruction, liver and gallbladder bladder disease..go to a doctor and do the necessary investigations..
