What Causes Recurring Mid Abdominal Pain?
I have been having mid abdominal pain off and on and at times it can get quite painful. Sometimes when bending over (like when mowing grass to duck to miss tree limbs), sometimes just sitting or standing. It can be tender at times and also feels like a knot in there.
