What Causes Recurring Lump On The Knees Upon Walking?
Hi, after a long walk I get swelling in both knees coming out like a little golf ball on the outside of my knees on near both knee caps. it drains away and corrects itself after a few days and I have had xrays, ultrasounds etc and nothing has shown up wrong. do you think it could be arthristis or a build up of uric acid. I probably don t drink enough water. I am 44 years old female. Regards Kim.
Recurring swelling on knee can be due to bursa formation. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and radiological assessment for diagnosis and thus management.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
