What Causes Recurring Lower Right Side Pain And Dizziness?

I am having pain in my lower right side (front and back), headaches (right side of head), and moderate dizziness that comes and goes. All pain is on my right side only. This has been occurring for over a week. I had the same symptoms about 4 months ago and they went away. It s back again.

Its migraine pain... Try Domcet P (Paracetamol+Domperidone) 1-1-1 or Panadol extra (Parcetamol+Caffeine) 1-0-1 for 5 days if pain persists consult physician...
