Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Recurrent loose motions, which get temporary relief on medication indicates the following:
• It will be treated or half treated enteritis
• Water source or food source is infected

I would advise you the following:
• Get drinking water checked
• Drink only boiled for 20 minutes water
• Fresh homemade food only
• Identify the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems
• Get stool and water checked
• Get a proper and full course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
