What Causes Recurring Kidney Stones?

I keep having kidney stones at least every six weeks. I have seen a urologist and nephrologist. My kidneys are working at 50% and my stones seem to be from diet as I have drunk only Propel water for the last ten years. I cannot find out what foods I should avoid or include in my diet. I am just worn down from the pain of passing stones so often.
